By using or accessing the UnleashGalaxy, you agree to these terms & conditions, as updated from time to time.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy that what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Account Registration

  1. You will not create UnleashGalaxy account if you are under 13 years of age or the minimum age limit applicable under the law applicable to you.

Posting and Sharing Content

All the content that you post or share on UnleashGalaxy is your property, associated with you through your username and by putting it on UnleashGalaxy you agree to following:

  1. Your content will be available to the people to view and/or download as per your sharing settings.
  2. You can delete your content any time and immediately it will not be available to those to whom you have shared it. But we cannot guarantee that it will be removed from UnleashGalaxy servers immediately.

Content Posting Terms

You can virtually share any type of content and we will not remove it from UnleashGalaxy; except in following cases

  1. Your content promoting terrorism or pornography.
  2. Your content reveals the login information of some other user user.
  3. Your content directly targets a person or a group in any form of bullying or harassment.
    1. In first occurrence of such instance, your account will be suspended for 3 days.
    2. In subsequent occurrence of such instance, your account will be suspended for 30 days.
    3. In 3rd occurrence of such instance, your account will be permanently deleted.
  4. If your content receive One Million dislikes and at that time the likes are less than One Million. In such case, your content will be subject to following action.
    1. The sharing level of the content will be reduced. For example, if content was shared publicly then now it will be shared among your friends only.
    2. After that, at any time, if number of likes become more than number of dislikes then sharing level of the content will be restored again but still will be subject to term 3.

Posting Ads

If you post ad on UnleashGalaxy then you agree to following conditions.

  1. All ads needs to approved by us before they are posted on UnleashGalaxy.
  2. You ad should not be related to promote terrorism, pornography, drugs, alcohol, lottery, multi-level marketing (pyramid scheme), dating and gambling.
  3. We have the exclusive and unconditional right to reject an ad before posting and remove an ad even if approved previously; without telling any reason. In such case, only the the whole amount paid for the ads will be refunded.

 

Amendments

From time to time, UnleashGalaxy may review and update terms & conditions. Revised versions will be updated on the website and be applicable immediately.
